I ship 6 days a week Mon-Sat! (Excluding holidays.) Orders ship within 2 days, although most ship the same day or the next day. So, for example, if you place your order on Friday, it will ship out no later than Monday, but probably Friday night or Saturday.
Some items are made to order and these are the ones that typically have a 2-day lead time. If I get backed up, I'll always post my current lead times here so you can shop accordingly!

Otherwise, you can choose from Economy, Standard, Priority, and Overnight Mail at checkout! The shipping fee is based on the weight of your order and the delivery method you've chosen.
I mostly ship via USPS, but you can also choose UPS or FedEx at checkout if you prefer!

For International orders, I ship via USPS International or DHL. Shipping times and prices vary based on your country, and will be calculated at checkout. You are responsible for all import fees and VAT taxes that may be associated with your order.

Okay, keep an eye on this one because I've actually had this happen to me when I ordered something from another company and it was SUPER frustrating. My package went missing *and never resurfaced* and no one wanted to take responsibility. They and the shipping carrier kept blaming each other...
So, if your tracking number shows that your package has stopped moving or says it is delayed, give it a couple of days to see if it starts moving again. If not, let me know by sending me an email here or via the Contact page on Cult Star, or the email addy listed in your order confirmation. And I will get right on figuring it out or sending you a replacement order or refund!

Firstly, double check your shipping addy that you provided at checkout. If you mistyped one number or live in an apartment complex and forgot to include your apartment number, it could have been delivered to one of your neighbors or the main office at your complex.

If you know you typed your address correctly, take a peek around your property and see if the delivery service has left it in a strange place. If not, give them a call and they can usually get in touch with the driver who delivered your package to sort things out!

Depending on the delivery provider, tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to enter their systems! Check back after 24 hours and, if it still shows as unrecognized, send me an email here at my planetjenna.com addy, via the Contact page on Cult Star, or respond to the confirmation email you received after you placed your order!
